The staff helped me a lot! They was very friendly and professional. My room had a river view. The bed felt very comfortable and the toiletries had quality.
The location was kinda far from the center. I walked there. Some GPS problems caused a little driving in circles.

I found the staff super helpful. Patricia looked after our entire stay. She found me once outside. Our dinner had unique cocktails. Inês made every morning wonderful with a superior breakfast, she remembered our likes, and her warmth spoke to guests in 4 languages!
The spa jacuzzi was uninteresting. The pool was very cold, at maximum 26 degrees. A superior room was the minimum.

Guest relations are always helpful and ready to assist, a real benefit. The staff are dedicated to keeping guests comfortable. They remember little details throughout our stay, which I appreciate.

I found the hotel had an indoor pool and gym facilities, both excellent. There are very nice and neat beds in the rooms. The rooftop pool had great views. The hotel is new and beautifully designed.

Breakfast was suitable for all tastes and a wide variety are available. Eggs benedict for breakfast had hollandaise made fresh to order. The club sandwich in the bar was the best I've ever eaten. I can't recommended them enough!

It's a very quiet and pleasant place. The location is close to the center and everything else. It is next to the Jardens de Palacio de Cristal. The hotel overlooks the river, but it is still away from the chaos of the tourist hub.
